Default new to audis. need some help.

im new to audis and am looking at buying one currently it is a 2000 audi s4 53k miles. modded heres the list:AWE stage 3 plus, AWE intercoolers, AWE fueling kit, AWE drive train stabilizer, Evo Motorsports cold air intake, Rs4 clutch w/lightweight flywheel, Samco hose kit, GIAC chipped along with race fuel program, security kill program, valet program all via a Ross handheld switcher, AWE downpipes w/junction, AWE twin2 full exhaust, Bilstein PSS9 suspension, Goodridge stainless brake lines, front StopTech big brake kit, Awe center vent boost gauge, B&M shortshifter, APR bipipe, Forge Motorsports diverter valves. 60k mile maintenence was done all new wheels and tires. the guy is asking 16k i can get it for 14k. im going to be done army training soon and he will hold it for me. i was wondering if some of you audi gurus can tell me if this is worth the money/ a sound investment. before leaving training i sold my lightly modded 2008 wrx i know this will be more power i was wondering how much more just a guestimation(army teaches us big word haha). please i could use all the help possible. thanks ahead of time

also does anyone know the reliabality with this car. i know they tend to be expensive to maintain i have to money for general upkeep but not to blow 800 a month on things. i found out the power alos from the owner. its doin between 410-435 on pump gas and 495-515 on 104 race

Best thing you can do is have a pre-purchase inspection done on it by a reputable shop. The main things to look for is turbo whine/boost issues, transmission shifting issues, front suspension (ctrl arms and TRE's) integrity, upper valve cover and lower oil pan oil leaks, misfire check, boost leaks (mainly the throttle body boot, f-hose and intercooler hoses) and of course if youre coming up on 60k, you want to have the timing belt service done soon.

Also, make sure to check out the auxiliary coolant pump.
