After selling my heavily modded 98 M3 vert, I'll be taking delivery of my spanking brand new 2004 moro Blue 6-speed S4 in about 10 days. I had really excellent experiences at the bimmerforums forums (mostly discussing mods and maint.), and hope to continue the fun here, though i doubt i'll be modding things anytime soon.

On that note, any maintenance, break-in issues I should be aware of right away? Thanks - Art

can't speak on break-in tips outside of the normal ... take it easy and gradually increase RPM and load for the first 1000 to 1500 miles or so. however, i just wanted to extend a HUGE congratulations! i'm soooo jealous ...

Congrats and keep us informed about your new ride!

No necessary break-in issues other than what the Audi manual notes.
Keep an eye on your clutch - don't glaze it. Let it break in slowly.
