New S4 Body Style? What do you think?
 

Hi guys, new to the board, buyin an s4 pretty soon, decidin whether to wait for the the new style to come out but the grill is pretty bold and the rear looks like an old nissan -- I assume its the same motor right? THanks!:eek:

I love the new body style. I think the new taillights are a much needed improvement fromt he B6's ugly ones. The front end looks really great in person. But hey, it's just my opinion.

Meh....
I'm still a purist from the ol' B5 days. I still can't get used to the new grille and the rear lights have always been a problem for me.

hey guys thanks for the quick responses...i got my test drive in t-5 hours... Isnt there no discernable difference between the a4 and s4 of the new body type? And do they have the same 4.2 v8? Thanks!

I believe the S4 has different side skirts and has the obvious S4 badging. I think the exhaust tailpipes may be different shapes, too.

Secondly, the exhaust has twin pipes at each corner on the S4.
