Check your vacuum line, I had the same issue and found my vacuum line was severed and just that small line effects everything.

which line would that be. I got under the hood with the engine running and didn't hear any vacuum leaks or anything out of place. I check all over the TBB and it seems to bein good shape

i just drove it again to listen. when i get on it, it sounds like air is rushing and dumping out somewhere. help

yeah you have a boost leak somewhere.

Build one of these:
http://audizine.com/forum/showthread.php?t=104080
And hook it into your Y-Pipe right after the MAF. Then fill it up with a compressor and listen for the leak.
