hey do you guys think you'd be able too run this oil cooler? i mean i can see there being gains here and its relatively cheap.....whatcha think guys who wants to be the guinnea pig lol

aww common no one gets excited by these things except me?

 

The gains that you will get from a oil cooler are your turbos and motor will be a lot happer and live longer but you wont get any Hp from them

Any cooler will work as long as is will fit and you can plum it in to the oil system

 

First of all, I don't think you want to put some cheap, underengineered Chinese oil cooler on your expensive, well engineered Audi, do you?

And that thing looks way too small to cool anything. It might not be, but it doesn't look too quality to me.

I thought the B5 S4's come stock with an oil cooler?

 

I would skip, it's not big enough. The RS4 cooler is far bigger.

There is a oil cooler setup from Matrix, that's around $600, & hangs off the cross brace in front of the radiator.

If you do just buy a core, you still need the lines, & sandwich plate, you want one with a built in thermostat.
