Oil in intercooler line
I just removed my alternator and disconnected the rubber boot on the lower part of the intercooler and some oil came out!! does this mean I need a turbo rebuild?
I have just lived this over the past 3 months, and not to freak you out, it could be a couple of things. ( i ended up pulling the motor, i had a TON of oil all through the system even up to the throttle body)

1. a bit of oil is normal, a ton, is not
2. oil can be clogged SPIDER / BREATHER ASSEMBLY, Bad Turbo Seals, Other
3. Spider assembley (get from JH) is about $190
4. Comp Turbo is good if you need a rebuild maybe $900
5. new turbos a bit more
6. Labor to do 4, or 5 is about 30-40 hours (not cheap)
7. Could also be CAM PLUGS

However, excess pressure in crank case could cause cam plug leaks, AND, lead to turbo blow by, this is cured by the spider assembly fix above.

If you do have to pull the engine/pull turbos, inspect over and over and over, wiggle, later, linear etc to call the ball on a rebuild.
If you have to do this...be prepared....this is right about at Ninja Skill (patience) level. Many many steps. Or, have your mechanic do it... be prepared for the cost (40 hours + $1500 for rebuilds or more for new turbos).

Pray for the spider assembly.....but then again, oil vapor will condense and put some oil in the lower charge pipes...
