Occasionally so far only in cold weather, my exterior door handle will not open the door even though the door is unlocked. I can always open from the inside by pulling a single time. Additionally the door lock peg by the B pillar responds normally to locking and unlocking procedures (moves up and down reliably when locking and unlocking car). any thoughts or suggestions?
