Default Painted Stock Wheels.

I am about to put my stock wheels back on my silver S4, and I have been debating painting the stocks black. Has anyone done this or seen this done, and how does it look?

Good Idea/Bad Idea?

well if it looks good is up to you but i think some one on here has black rims on a silver car so just look around, doesnt look to bad i think. As for the paint, I woudnt paint them I would find a sand blaster around youre area, and then find youa powder coating and do it that way, it will be stronger and I think is a better look

I have bolth panted and power coated wheels and if the wheels are panted right they can be just as good as power coat and pant is lighter and cheaper

Getting towed huh? Chicago, nice. Im northwest of chicago wouldnt you have to do something before you did a normal paint on the wheels, as opposed to haveing them sand blasted. wouldnt it give it a cleaner look after its sandblasted and power coated

seriously sand blast and powdercoat its the best way. Powdercoating is stronger than paint too

yeah like i said sand blasting and powder coating would give you a much much cleaner look, also if you have any curb rash on any rims you could get it fixed before you get it powder coated. I mean yeah it is gonna cost money but you are dealing with cars and Audi at that, nothing is cheep
