I was driving on the highway today as it was getting dark and slowly I saw these familiar lights gaining on me (80mph.) So I get all excited and slow down because the last time I saw another Audi on the same side of the highway as me was like 2 yrs ago no lie! Ends up being an RS6 so as it comes up I match it and look over for like 3/4 mile and nothing! Its just a guy way back in his seat with spiked hair and glasses lookinglike 30 yrs old he didn't even care... I was hoping for a little go or something, but no. Oh well I guess not every Audi driver is a TRUE fan....

 

ouch, thats lame. I rarely see nice cars, but i was pumped when i saw this when i was driving home from where my mom lives in maine.

 

Lame indeed. I hardly ever see any Audis other than a4s and a6s.So boring.

The most interestingincident Ihad the otherday was when I was following a 2006-present?

Mercedes slk 55 AMG around a tight on ramp and we both stomped it when we merged. I think

he was slightly pissed when we reached about a buck ten and he hadn't gained maybe ten feet

on me.

I was impressed with my car. I usually don't condone speeding but I just couldn't help it. We

were on a 4-lane and a little later we stomped it again till about 115 and he started to walk me a

little, maybe half a car. I'm sure he was like, "WTF! that 'Passat' must be modified!" [sm=roll.gif]

 

he probably was scared to take it up to 200 haha

A few years back this RS6 (with at least 4 in the car) came up along side me and they were checking me out and egging me on. I was hesitant to push it due to the location and density of traffic and let them get ahead of me a bit. I kept it close though, while trying not to overly speed or scare others...then as we broke out of the traffic we both pushed it (starting about 50-50 mph or so)...and I walked him pretty good! True. They were obviously Audi appreciators as they were checking my car out and giving me thumbs up...but I'm sure they were shocked when I took them as I did. The RS6 had at least 3 passengers in addition to the driver and it was just myself in my S4...and I fully stomped it down once we did get going - no fooling around...and we pushed well north of triple digits (by about 1/2 again)...still he couldn't hang with me...and aparently wasn't quite willing to top end it...

 

I dunno a stock rs6 has 450 HP and is 4463 lbs plus all for people. You at full stage 3 have a good pile of HP, im not supprised. Thats sweet though they must have been suprised by your Uber Nogaro Avant

 

^yeah, stg 3 has no problems walking a chipped RS6

 

What I hate the most is when you see a very rare sports car, and you "oogle" it for a while. You finally get up beside it and you see it is a 75 yr old person driving, and they are going 5 miles under the speed limit. It just kills me sometimes, you just know that car you just saw will never reach anything above 65 MPH, haha.

 

I'm sure that they were surprised - but they clearly wanted to see what I could do...so Ishow'd em! [8D]

 

where do you guys live around... theres like are multiple on the north suburbs of chicago. we have like 3 blues, 2 yellows, 1 red, and me with the black. i Don't know the people but i see them quite frequently. just wave and honks.
