GTO's are heavy pig boats. My friend owned a 400 hp LS2 6-speed goat. Best we ever got out of it was 13.4@106mph and that just wasn't cutting it. Maybe if the car wasn't 4000 + lbs it would be faster. 400 hp should be in the 12's stock. Granted it had the 18" wheels, but 106 mph doesn't equal 400 hp in my book.

If I keep the S4, she's getting lowered, chip, turbo back exhaust, and front mount. I help change some coilovers on a B5 A4 last night and saw how easy it is, so I can do the S4 myself. But I'm not spending another dime on the S4 until I know if I get it or not. Also the CEL is coming and going, for the O2 sensor again. Car is getting almost 27 mpg so it's running great.
