@ Sparafucile - I grew up in Germany, born and raised there and I can tell you it is completely different over there. It is a different way of life, people just live by different standards. With that said, MB did you right, but I am not sure you wouldn't have received the same thing from Audi over there. Audi USA is just a different animal.

So my delivery date is now the Friday the 13th, grrrrrreat ! I won't be able to take possesion until Sunday though, due to my busy work schedule. That will put the wait officially at 4 months and 10 days.

Thats better than the 6 months + it took for mine....when I was at the factory in ingolstadt they told me that every 3rd car is bound for the US, and they weren't allowed to produce at a higher rate for the US...Its about time Audi opens a US factory...

I like the fact that my German car was built in Germany, just makes it more authentic. They don't need to open a US Factory, they could open another one in Bavaria somewhere, near Ingolstadt if they really wanted to.

Well I have had the car for three and a half days now, but I am unable to drive it. Just as I picked up the car we got some really bad weather, with lots of snow. The car has summer times on it, so I am not trying to push it . . . . yet. I did have to cancel my appointment this morning to get my clear bra and window tint, kinda bummed about that. Hopefully the weather will cooperate next week.
