Dude, 2K S4 has your coolant resivior always been that clean, or did you replace it?! Mine looks like g-bage and I've got barely any miles on it!
It's pretty new, the old one was cracked & leaking coolant under pressure.

Ahhh, right. Mine looks like it's developed a little leak somewhere too, so I guess that's next on the list [:-].

Quick question guys, I was looking at the descriptions online and it says for single turbos, you only need one DV, and for twin turbo's you need two. How about the bi-turbo? This seems like a stupid question, but from my understanding of sequential turbos, which may be wrong, I would only need one DV for my S4?

Bi-turbo means 2 turbo's. That does not make them sequential. The S4 uses 2 in parallel. Yes, you need 2, remove the front most engine cover & they will be staring at you.

how embarrasing[&:] this whole time i thought it was a sequential turbo...

by front cover you mean, the cover that has the V6 and Audi logo on it right?

I think I may have even read one of your posts and you say all I need is a screw driver... is it really that simple? My car is completely stock and I have very little experience with "wrenching" but I'm interested and would like to get into it. Is there anything else to worry about after swapping?

Yes, it's under the V6 cover, & if you ask how to remove it, you should not be working on the car.

There the 2 silver things, next to the Y pipe, connected to the black hoses. There are 2 hose clamps holding them on.

2ks4 how long did it take you to get your engine bay that clean and beautiful? Any tips? My dirt driveways are a killer.... so much dust.

Next thing im spending money is the samco upper intake hose kit. Did you paint your bi-pipe or did it come that color?

about the engine bay, they have some cleaners that you can just spary and let sit and then rinse. i don't know how the Audi motor takes to being wet, I don't think you would have a problem if you let it dry and DONT do it when it is wet. I have opne thing I swear by for black and it is called 303, now I dont know where you can get it in your state i know in Orlando I have one place I can go. but it can be used on all black trim, leather, head light and tail light lenses, it is the best thing I have seen lasts longer than anything I have ever seen. One down side if you drive the car right after you do it the dust will build up on the parts. But if you dont feel easy drenching your motor just use soap, water and a rag and take your time

sorry just my 2cents one thing I hate more than dirty rims, a dirty engine bay
