You know it! Im waiting four years until the price drops by more than half before I pick up one. Not sure how I'll like the TIP, I prefer my 6spd. Oh well, until then my 2K S4 will have to do.

 

Import the Avant from europe, or buy the sedan in the US, thats the real decision. I am amazed that with just an exhaust and a chip it broke 700 HP.

If you havent seen it search out MTM's R8R. Supercharged 4.2 R8 making 560 HP, lots of carbon fiber too

 

I didnt think they're even bringing the sedan to the states? 700hp soccer mom wagon... nuff said.

They should really be testing the R8R, a lot closer to the performance of the other 08/9 supercars.

 

The Rs6 sedan IS coming to the united states. These are official audi renderings but the car itself will debut in paris this fall!

 

Sedan FTW it makes the avant look foolish. And Audis going to make another R8 with the fsi v10 in it. Plenty to compete with all the other supercars on the market and aiming to take down the Corvette ZR1 as the king of the ring

Thats almost un-called for, but o well because that is bad a$$! I guess that extra 15000 is a no-brainer if you can afford this thing, I would do it!!! Who wouldnt love to show almost everything on the road your taillights...in a wagon!

 

I don't prefer the avant. I think a 4 door sedan drives the point home hard enough when you beat a true sports car.
