whats with all these naturally aspirated systems, no turbos? common, whats so S or RS about that?!
yea the powerblock is nice, a nice hefty v8, but wats the point if there is no turbo! mite as well call em A's again. i mean whats next? the s3's with a v8?!

The "S" and "RS" monikers were always used to signify a vehicle that came from the Audi performance arm of Audi AG. So, it has less to do with a turbocharged engine, but rather, Audi AG's line of performance oriented cars.
Although, I agree with you purists who enjoy a great turbocharged car, I understand the financial risk that Audi undertook with the twin turbos. What I don't like and understand is the blurring of the Audi car lines with addition of the "S Line" from Audi. The "Sport" packages don't allow for a distinct line of performance cars.
