I ordered a AWE tuning RS4 clutch and while Im really happy that it got here how and when it did, im a little confused. When i ordered a clutch for my 99 eclipse gsx, it came with an alignment tool. When my bro ordered a clutch kit for his volvo, an alignment tool came with it. Same thing with his bmw.

So my question is, Is an alignment tool needed/recommended?

Why isnt one included in the kit?

Where/ who is the best place to get one?

uh yeah. please dont try and assemble it with just 'eyeballing' it. if you can kudos. ive done it once on the milliion clutches ive installed. go to a local vw/audi shop and borrow one. thats what i did. .. or if your patient enough, lemme see if i still have mine and ill ship it to you, your expense of course... lol..

the hours that can be spent trying to make it fit doesnt add up to being prosperous in my book, IMO..

 

well there arent any 'vw/audi' specific shops in the area...so my next option is??? order one?
