My mechanic is selling some used rs4 rims, the brand new ones on the 07 rs4. I know the guy that used to have them on his S4 and they come with tires that are really good, with a good amount of tread left. The guys is asking around $700 for all four. Do you guys think this is a pretty good deal. Also how do you like the look of the new rs4 rims on a b5 s4? Thanks a lot.

Those rims are frickin' tight! I think that is a great price with tires. I say go for them!

Sounds like a great deal - I'd grab them without question (if you can be assured that they are not damaged). I'll be buying a set of the replicas (19") from Hartman sometime soon (few months) to put on in the spring. I think they look great.

 

good deal.. thats fairly cheap.. esp depending how much tread are on the tires.

 

That is extremely cheap. He could get twice that amount.

 

Yeah I checked them out on saturday, they seemed pretty good. The guy had them since last spring. There is one curb rash about inch and a half long but i figure I can live with that. The tread is lookin pretty good on them also. Im pretty sure im gonna go for it by the end of this week. Thanks for the imput, made me a little more confident in the deal.

nice grab...rs4 wheels (old or new) are gorgeous. and for $700 even better.

 

RS4's look sic on the B5 S4 and for $700 with rubber you can't go wrong. Curb rash you should be able to get fixed for a reasonable price.
