Im looking to buy a used S4. However Im torn between the body styles of the B6 S4 or the B7.
I like the grill of the B7, but there is just something about the chunky rear of the B6.
So im asking you guys what model S4 do u all prefer more, B6 or B7???

X2 on the B6! Honestly, I don't think your gonna get consensus on this. I'm sure there are equal numbers of B6 and B7 enthusiasts. Everyone has their opinion.
For example, it's funny you mention you like the grill on the B7. That's one of the things I didn't like about the B7. To me, the illusion of a single large opening was too hard for me to get over (although it is starting to grow on me). I guess I'm kind of old school..I kinda like the classic euro sedan look of the B6.......

B6 all the way! I'm biased though, just bought a B6.

 

B6 all the way; the B7 has always been a fluke to me in terms of design.

 

Gotta throw in a vote for the B7. You may as well have just asked, "Which do you own?" The grill did take a little getting used to but now I don't like the protruding bumper of the B6.

yesss4, you have one of the coolest B7s out there. You've got good taste sir! I'll put in a vote for the B7. I love the big grille, the whole front end looks aggressive to me.

However, in defense of the B6..I am a sucker for the Nogaro on Nogaro and Imola cars. There is one around me that is slammed with spaced wheels that I am in love with. I'm just a huge Noggy fan I guess.

I have a B6 S4, but I like the B7 better. But hey, we always want what we don't have, right?
Moral of the story...whichever one you choose, you will want the other, cause their both rad.
