I changed the oil on my b6 at 5k 9.5K and now its recomending i take it in for an oil change at 14K. The warranty covers it at 10K intervals. Should i wait to change the oil at 15K. Or just get it done out of warranty. The money isnt an issue but it just seems kinda dumb cuz when i bring my car in for the 15K check theyre gonna change the oil. and id hate to have the oil changed after a thousand miles. Anyone else find they need to change the oil early alot? thanks in advance.

 

I WOULD WAIT TILL THE 15,000 MILE HIT THERE WILL BE A REAL MINUTE DIFFERENCE .
I HAVE A B5 AND NOW THAT I HAVE NO WARRANTY I CHANGE MINE EVERY 3000-3500 .
KEEP WITH THE FACTORY CHANGES UN LESS YOU REALLY REALLY DRIVE HARD!
