wow.. you could get close to the same thing with 23 grand or so. probably less.. if your a mechanic and know what your doing.. ; )

 

Hahahahahahahahahahaha $40k... WOW! You could buy a B7 for that. You can find a stg 3 for around $22k or so, depending on mileage.

 

Ya traditionally its high for a b5 s4 but that car has ALOT of nice parts and is in amazing condition, its definitly worth at least $35,000 to me. Every little thing on that car is perfect, and has been maintained by the best in the buisness.

The Olhins suspension, Alcon Brakes, Built Stasis Transmission, LSD, high bias Torsen, E-codes, Real Work emmotions, Seats, cams, hybrids, RS4 body work, custom ****. Plus it only has 49,000 which is pretty low also. This car has more into the suspension and transmission than most people spend on their entire build start to finish.

I would spend close to the asking price trying to replicate that S4, and iv allready got the car... That truely is a show/magazine quality car to the fullest.

Some B7 cars are for sale almost that high and arent a fraction of the car you see here....

 

40k.. Wow a genuine B5 RS4 can be had for that much.

Still this would be faster, handle better, and brake later and quicker. I prefer the looks better also...but i do love widebody sedans, shame it isnt one.

The labor, engine performance parts, and exterior adds up to WELL over $10,000 more.

With this car there obviously havent been many miles put on the car in current trim and you KNOW it has been perfectly maintained.

That car is a deal to somebody.

I've been lurking around here for awhile now and this thread just convinced me to sign up............Ok now I don't give a **** what he has under the hood, the only way I'll think about it is if he throws a nice F430 motor but that may have me thinking not hopping on that DEAL. 0.02

 

If you wanna build that car with those parts right NOW, your gonna be spending a whole lot more than 40k. For somebody who has the money and wants a tastfully modded and extremely well maintained Stage 3 B5 S4 that car is perfect.
