all cars are nasty but ill still take the s4........guess thats just me and the audi thing....evo would be the second choice i dont really like the look of them but damn they are fast cars.....somebody should start a poll with this ...which one would you prefer to own???

 

Well, I owned a 2005.5 Brilliant Red S4 and traded it for an A3 and EVO.
The S4 is exactly what the color states "Brilliant". Absolutely untouchable fit and finish, along with great performance.
What happened to me was that I started tracking my car, and it became a more regular occurrence. I started to realize that the S4 was limited on the tracks because of weight issues and lack of moddibility unless you dished out Mucho Dinero. Along with the cost of gas, I decided to get a nice daily driver (in the A3) and an absolute track rocket with high modding potential (in the Evo). The interior of the Evo is Rubbish!! It's all plastic and absolutely no luxury. (But I knew that before I bought it, I bought it to be a race car!!) For the purposes of getting around a track fast, I couldn't be happier with the EVO. I can't wipe the smile off my face everytime I step into it. Maybe that's the kid in me still, but I LOVE that car. Overall quality the S4 takes it hands down!!! I actually totally agree with Clarkson's take at the end of that video. He's dead on!! EVO for fun and performance!! S4 for the best of both worlds!! The STI falls somewhere in the middle. I think I'd have to throw the M3 in there somewhere too though!!
