Default Are Samco hoses a waste of time if...

are the samco silicon hoses a waste of time on a 2000 S4 with K03's if i was to upgrade to K04's down the road? will the intake plumbing be changed so much by the turbo upgrade that the samco hoses won't fit anymore?

check these out, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Audi-...QQcmdZViewItem
$200+ cheaper than SAMCO, anyone have an opinion on these?

and lastly, what is the most reliable aftermarket DV, that doesn't cost an arm and a leg (since i'll be needing two of them)?

No, not really, the only hoses you will not use are the ones off the turbo, mine are still in the package, as they are really hard to replace in the driveway.

They are totally worth it. If you plan on a full RS4 STG III with the Y pipe & IC's then you will not use most of the hoses, but you can always sell them for a good price.

the hoses on ebay are OK you need to do some cutting and fitting on your own but they're just like samco. I've had to work with them myself and I found them top be the same thing just a bit more time because of the fitting and cutting. 710'ns are the cheaper more reliable dv's but if you want good response go for broke and spend the money!

No they will not fit Rs4 IC's. They might be able to make bigger pipes for the Ic's if not you are stock with the APR RS4 ic hoses.

Connection to the IC's is BIGGER, the other ends are normal, don't know the exact size.
