so I was doing some searching and I found a pair of non-power leather seats I might like swap into my car. Here in lies the question... I love power seats, heated, seats, and lumbar support. How doable would it be to swap the heating unit, and motors into the new seats? I know it would probably be best just to buy power/heated seats from the get go, but I've been thinking about this conversion for the past few days wondering what would go into it.

 

Yeah those are ill, but also $$$. I found these for a really good price. They're basically recaro reps. I don't have the money to spring for genuine ones, so I was pondering transferring the power components from my seats over to these and getting them reupholstered with blue alcantara inserts to match my current setup. Any comments and idea on the reupholstering price?
