Default serious misfires upon starting b5 s4

2000 audi s4 tiptronic
I have had misfires before and changed a couple coil packs and that took care of the problem.

I work from home and don't drive much, but do lots of short trips.
Today I went to start the car and it did not want to start and it smelled very rich. I had driven it yesterday and there was no problem at all.
I finally did get it to start and it the car was shaking and it was not going to go anywhere far.

I have had a few codes before this incident but I did not write them down and often they are the same. I believe they were the following.
P1411
Sec.Air Inj.Sys.,Bank2 Flow too Flow
P1421
Sec.Air Inj.Valve Circ Short to Ground
P1476
EVAP Emission Contr.LDP Circ Malfunction/Insufficient Vacuum

I neglected to have the codes checked out because of finances and I found no loss in performance.

I erased the codes so that i could try and get a new code for the issue today and it was of course P0300 - Random Misfire

A little info on the car before this trouble. I would start the car cold and would here an air hissing noise under the hood for about 45 secs to a minute.
After that would go away I would start my trip. If I did not wait for this to go away and start driving it would tend to stay in first gear for a while until it went away.

I am including a photo of the part which was doing the hissing and where it was hissing/leaking coming from in the past.

Hopefully this will shed some light on todays issue and your help would be much appreciated.
