just basically check everything TRE's , CA's. You will also need a vagcom to clear the service message after it comes on other wise it will keep coming up. May also wanna check motor and tranny mounts at that milage The manual also tells u what typical would happen at the dealership when the car goes in for 100kmile repair.

I think you can go in and adjust the service warning to turn off. Mine says service in 600 miles and it's been saying that for a month when I first start it up. My car has 66,6xx miles on it. It's in the shop right now getting the torque converter replaced, maybe they'll be nice and reset the warning for me. If not I'm going to put it on a vag-com and recode the tip next week anyhow so if I remember I'll do it then. I know it will need an oil change so that's coming up too, but I'm going to do the timing belt at 75k so i've got almost another year yet on that.

what would be displayed if that service light wasn't there? hahahahaha I've never cared to bother with mine after all the service and checking up I've done on it. I don't really care I was just pointing out I've never had it say anything other than service. haha again
