she winks now... (finished, with pics in the reply)
Is there any way that you can make up some sort of write up? Cause I am loving that look. On a scale of 1-10 how hard? Just wondering...I want to do that!
. And can you get a picture up on here of what they look like during the day when they aren't on. I'm curious to see what they look like not lit up.

They are almost unoticable in the daytime, and on a car with non painted housings, you probably wouldnt notice them at all...some daylight pics:

Its really not that hard, IF, and this is the big if: IF you have already opened up the headlights. I had, to paint mine black, so it was no sweat for me. Audi headlights are miserable to open up without cracking the lense. Its a U shaped channel, full of epoxy that the lense fits into, and the easiest way yo get them open is to cut away the outer exposed part of the "U" to make more of an "L" and then chisel the epoxy away from under the lense. It took me 2 whole days to open my lenses up. Dont be afraid to be agrresive.
The LEDs I got from Menards home inprovement. White LEDs are the most expensive there are (radio shack wants $6 each for them!!), so I bought an undercabinet light with 20 of them soldered into a PCB for 8 bucks. A quick pass of a torch on the backside will unsolder them. Down side is the leads are VERY short, but thats ok if your good atsoldering. Different color LEDs draw different voltages. white draws 3.3, so, on a 12-14.5V electrical system, 4 in series will work well. If you dont put them in series, you will burn them out without a voltage stepping resistor inline. I then soldred two strings of 4 in parallel, to make 8 per light, and then tapped off the running light wires that clip into the headlight housing. I used solid 20 ga wire so that it would hold its shape in the headlight. I spaced them 2 CM apart, and drilled the holes, eyeballing the alignment. I then drilled them so that the holes were a touch on the tight side, presed them in, and then cemented them on the backside with super glue.
and one more:
Definitely like the way it came out. I kinda wanted to do something that would span across the whole light assembly though. Like the R8.
Do you have to cut the plastic and chip the epoxy? Couldn't do the oven trick?

looks really good but would it be possible to put the led's further away from the projector lens. i think it would look better if the led's we as close to the bottom of the head light. but great job none the less
yeah i think it looks great only think i would do to my car is make them longer up the side like yours but the whole bottom also maybe you could get away with them for driving in the city where there are tons of road lights.
Amazing..you are creative as hell. I beleive it would be possible to run them all the way across bc there is a little thin strip of plastic underneath the high beams. I think its awesome how you have the hooked up to the turn signals too. Major props...major
