So I was down a gravel road last night driving and when i got done and off i was fine but then all of the sudden a HARD THUMP NOISE came about when i shift all through the gears sooooooooo what is it? lol it sucks i think it could be a motor mount from researchin? maybe but not sure help me out please

 

could be a number of factors. But what comes to my mind right now are engine or transmission supports. I had the same thing with another car (not an Audi) and it would thump when i changed gears. Found out the engine support was trashed.
