Default Some B8 S4 video... nothing special but it's a beautiful car

Audi just released this short bit of video featuring the 2009 S4 Sedan and Avant and we thought you might like to see it. It’s nothing special, but watching video almost always beats looking at pictures. Besides, Audi’s new S4 really is a stunning piece of machinery. Now we just can’t wait to get out hands on that supercharged 3.0-liter V-6 engine! (We’re sure ABT, MTM and Stasis Engineering can’t wait either).

SWEET JESUS!

Arg im so torn about this car, I LOVE some parts, hate others, and am downright heartbroken by the TFSI V6.

I wish audi put a 330 HP turbo I5 in it... That would have been AWESOME

While I'll agree that the car looks awesome. There's something "special" missing about it. I mean, the B5 S4 was/is underrated in terms of power potential. B6 could be supercharged, but it was a V8... I know Audi is trying to keep things new and all that, but I think that they had several options of what to do and they chose, well, boringly IMO.

Though the car does look very sweet!

The interior of that car is simply amazing. I want those seats! About the engine, don't forget guys that it's still forced induction, and any time a manufacturer has forced induction and warranty obligations it's obviously not going to be anywhere near what it is capable of from the factory. Just instead of a chip it will be a pully swap that will produce fat gains.

I think well see a remap and a pully together, not just a pully

Theres no confirmation of the B8 RS4 from audi yet. Probably will debut in Detroit in January with the RS5. BUT were not getting the rs6 here in the USA so who knows what will happen.

Audi sucks lately i want to switch to BMW. No rs6 in USA, and this stupid 3.0tfis which is going to be in the S4, TT, A5, A6 and who knows what else. FAIL by audi. Look at BWM making turbo 4 cylinders (soon), twin turbo inline 6's AND V8's meanwhile the only turbos in audis line up are the slutty 2.0tfis and the rs6 thats not even coming to the usa. And BMW has audi beaten in the high revving naturally aspirated department (M3, M5, M6), PLUS bmw is starting the tii cars which will be lightened track oriented versions. Audi is a MAJOR dissappointment IMO, what are you gonna do but i BIGGER supercharger on the new S4, no youll get a few ponies from a pully chip and exhaust then the car will fade into the abyss (i can only hope).

I would have liked to see a ttv8 on the RS5, ttv6 in the S4& RS4 (imagine a new twin turbo RS4...jeezum) turbo inline 5 in the TT-RS, RS6 in america, and the same ttv10 in the R8 as the rs6.

I hope porsche does end up buying audi... maybe theyle learn somehting...
