Default stage 3- mods en requirements!

For start i have a stock s4 b5
I bought a cat back 65mm. next month i going for remap on the road , aiming for a 310-315hp en 475Nm

with that said , i have some questions, i have garantee on the car so i will stay stage II- untill september 2008. in the meanwhile i'm gonna save some money every month for stage 3-

what do i need for 360-380hp on the cranq?

My thoughts:

1 : Turbo back exhaust , i will re-use the 65mm end damper i just bought but the rest will be 70mm . can i re use the stock downpipes for this power goal?

2: 2 x oem RS4 k04 (what else needs to be changed when placing these turbos on the s4, they just fit ?

3: new N75 en new diverter valves

4: rolling road or road remap of stock ecu

5: some samco here and there, some bulbs, packings, bolts enz...

the work will be done by someone i know who works in audi garage, so it will be done professional.

- waterpump, distribution, LUK clutch has been done 5000km ago. will my LUK clutch hold this kind of power? or can i fix a rs4 clutch plate on the pressure plate i now have? better be safe than sorry afterwards, for 3-400€ you have a new rs4 clutch plate

i'm not aiming for the fastest S4, just wanna go like 12.5-13sec and nice drivebilaty, smooth power range and new fresh k04's that hold boost till the redline and wont be in paine when we push 15-16 psi

for the rest, next time my brakes are done, i'll go for brembo grooved discs with ferrodo or mintex pads.

and i'm gonna go for an FK Konigsport set at around 3-4cm lowered and maybe an h&r swaybar

Thanks!

For that power you need new turbos. K04's should fit the bill. I would reccomend getting a turbo kit, it will have the new gaskets, inlet pipes etc, so it makes it pretty straight forward. GIAC makes software for stage 3-. If you dont wanna buy a kit you can buy the fitting hardware and k04's separate though. Downpipes would help alot if thats the power your going for, i would also reccomend upgrading your bypass valves. Those brakes and suspension should be fine.

I dont know anything about that clutch sorry, but i have an RS4 clutch and LW flywheel and i love it. It should be strong enough unless i go crazy with upgrades.

It sounds like youve got a good idea where your headed and what its going to take. 12.5 - 13 shouldnt be a problem. Invest in a short shifter and drive train stabalizer too, theres tons of minor mods that make the car more fun.

mybe i'll by a rs4 pressure plate.
wiath brand short shifter and stabilizer do you have??

ordering from US is a bitch here, have to just hope customs don't take too long and they want an extra 30% extra on the price of the artikel.

and is it normal that when the car is cold , when i drive away , first to second is always a bitt stiff and iff i wanna shift to quick i scratch it. after driving a while it's gone , then it shifts good from 1 to 2.

i saw the Awe TDS a while ago, looked like an nice upgrade to me , and theJHM shifter , is that the one with all new replacement parts with the video on this site?

i really hate that i live in belgium due to not many good tuning shops here and thecustoms are a real bitch when it comes to ordering from the us...
