Default Starting and died??????? :(

I have a 2000 s4 and so a little while back my car all of the sudden wouldnt start but the battery alternator and starter are all fine and up to par it will crank but not turnover. Question is though what could it be? It does die if I idle it and at a stop light it will die as well. Ocasionally I cannot start it after running it for a little while. and also i changed my camshaft sensor on the left side if your looking from the front bumper. I need to fix it asap but cannot figure it out at all and its really annoying when it doesnt start or when it just dies.
thanks

I have no codes which is the weird thing but today it tan fine then all ofthe sudden went to go get gas and after filling up it wouldn't start. I'm thinking the fuel filter or fuel pump and or relay but it also died at a stop light the yesterday and started back up after a few minutes. Thanks anyone know what it is?

Does it matter whether the engine is hot or cold? Starting and idle problems when cold are usually the result of a bad coolant temp. sensor because it monitors engine temp. and delivers fuel according to those conditions.

If not then I would look into fuel issues as said. Filter, pump, injectors, etc...

Correction: I'll bet anything it's your MAF sensor.
