I have a 2000 s4 and lately when i drive it its making a sqeaking sound almost like to pieces of rubber are rubbing together. It only does it when the wheel is turned or turning. Also when i hit a bump while the wheel is turned it makes it squeak also. Id appreciate any input.

 

check upper control arms , if its more of a clunking it may just be loose steering rack. but yea the rubbery squeek noise was my upper controll arms, other possible culprit could be Tie rod ends also but they dont really squeek they also are more clunky.
