Default Stock RS4 Exhaust for S4?

Thinking about buying a 2007 RS4 Exhaust for my 2005 S4 on ebay. Any benefit other than sound and look? The tips look a hell of a lot better on the RS4.

the only thing I would be worried about it fitment. If the b7 is a little bit different than the b6, then it wouldn't work. I am not sure, but if the shoe fits, I'd say go for it. HAve you considered something like milltek, it might get better performance, I know the rs4 guys go with the milltek for less restriction.

I'm almost positive about the fitment. I am looking into a Milltek Resonated but found this item to be a pretty good deal on a budget, a couple hundred vs. $1600.Thanks for the reply.

I've always been weary and nearly always disappointed when I buy something like exhaust off of Ebay. Maybe I've been looking at the wrong sellers but even so, the ones with high ratings, whenever I've gotten it and tried to install it either the bends are too shallow, to steep, it's too short, hanger brackets are in the wrong spot and the welds suck. But with Ebay it seems like it's kind of hit and miss.

I'd suggest spending the extra dough on a quality exhaust, rather than guesstimating the fit. I know those deals are tempting, but quality is mucho important. just my .02
By no means am I saying I know anything about milltek or S4 parts at all. But from what friends I have that drive Audi's or Dubs live by spending the money on the right part from the right company. But good luck with it though! I hope it works out!
