ok... I've had my 2000 S4 for about three weeks now, and I notice something new on it at least once a week, yesterday, i was vacuuming the car and noticed what looks like a button on the panel between the driver door, and the rear drive side door, it has a little picture of a car on it, i haven't pushed it because i do not know what it is...

has anyone else noticed this? also, i looked in the owners manual that came with the car and i cannot find it anywhere...

I beleive the button puts the alarm into valet. Push it and the little light on the door will come on and stay on till you push it again.

 

it turns the senors in the car on, say you lock your car and leave the windows down and someone puts there hand in, the alarm will go off. its in your manual on how to activate it

And I really hate reading manuals...not enough pictures...I must be one of those stupid people, no, I'm worse, I wont even ask the stupid question.
