I got a 2000 S4 with 66000KM about 4 months ago, it's now at 73000km and the suspension does not seem as smooth as it used to be. When i first got it i was amazed at how luxury the drive felt, i'm now feeling more bumps in the road. The cas has winters on it and i didn't bother chaning them yet because it's about to start snowing where i live, is it possible that the wearing down of the tires could account for the rougher ride? thanks.

 

suspension could be getting weaker possibly new shockers needed just a guess, are the tyres over inflated I know it sounds silly buy on long runs in hot weather they actually pump them selves up with the heat

 

yep heat expands and in the morning you will notice the tires might look a bit Deflated due to the cool air being Denser(Cold air contracts)
