All- 2004 S4, Everytime I go over a bump in the road the front suspension chirps, any ideas? I'm getting ready to upgrade the front brakes and I want to fix this all at the same time.

Also, she's feeling a little sluggish, what is a good scanner I can read codes with? The brake components will be coming from ECSTuning.
