Are these wheels to big for an S4
lowered w/ only springs?
ur gonna hafta invest in some good quality Shocks too -
I agree - the 19' look a lil big. 18's are a nice fit.
but if the price is right - you can easily sell those off to some b6ers [:-]

Personnaly i think they look great
it's a question of taste.
I agree with the suspention part, you should go at least Bilstein
shocks, if you can, adjustable suspension if you live in a northern state
(snow tires) plus you will have to buy other wheels for the winter
cuse i dont want to know how much $$$ will be 19" snow tires if they even
made some ? the car look great ! Sure tires changes will cost you,
but for exemple, this year i've bought 4 BF Goodrich G-Force at 174 $/ea + install/bal.
from tirediscount.com, so it's not that bad. Like previous guys said
if you dont like it sell them ! the more important to made your desision, it's how the
car was maintened and what are the latest services done to the car.
Good luck !!!

Just adding my 2 cents...
If the car was lowered with just springs, beware. I did this on my A6 and the results were not good. Worse ride and still not the handling I wanted.
I terms of looks, I think they look a little goofy, but that's just me. The stock 18s look nice and proportionate. Size, in this case, only matters to the owner.

The car has 58K APR chip, APR exhaust, the 19" wheels in the photo above ECS coilovers, No timing belt replacement, Clarion head unit with subs (which I will take out and sell), short shifter, RS4 bumper, upgraded diverter valves. It is the 2000 model year s4, and the guy wants $18K. Does that sound like a fair deal? I would assume the turbos are pretty beat b/c it has been chipped for 18 months and has the stock TBB. Is it worth it? It doesn't have the sport package so it would have to be a real good deal for me to jump on it.
I guess it sounds about on par... Probably a bit higher being its a 2000..but you have a good list of mods there and the sport package does help the value.
Upgrading the TBB would prob be the first thing id do to it once you get it.
