Tire Size Question
Ok, I own a 2000 Audi S4, and I have major curb rash on my OEM wheels. I also have some pretty worn tires, so I'm looking at getting both replaced by the end of the summer. Ive been looking for some wheels here and there, but a user on the forum is selling some P235/40R18 tires for 18" x 8 wheels for an Audi S4. I was wondering if the P235 would be ok, because I know P225 is the recommended tire for this size wheel. How much diferent would it look? Anyone have pics of P235 tires on the S4? Thanks.
Well I called around a little bit today, and it looks like P235 tires will fit just fine on the S4, barring I get some 18's later in the summer to mount them on
. Just though people would like to know. P225 is recommended, but my mechanic said P235's are fine and P245's are also possible to squeeze on with the right wheels.
