make sure you spend the extra money to get urself a nice clutch

 

go for an rs4 clutch..... good stuff.

 

how much is the rs4 clutch?

 

around 500 i think for the clutch disc and new throw out bearing

 

It is that much better? What exactly is different from driving it with that clutch and the stock clutch?

 

It engages quicker and is a lot sturdier. You can really feel the difference.

 

Im going to try and get the warranty company to pay for the clutch bc the only reason i need a new one is bc of the oil leak..im hoping they will pay for it all

 

I am getting my tranny back in a few days... hopefully. And I was wondering to go with an RS4 clutch or a stage 2 or 3 clutch. supposedly my tranny is being rebuild with all aftermarket high end parts. So I will have more trouble tearing the guts out of it this time.

 

I haven't heard a whole lot about how the stage 2 and 3 clutches feel and how much better they are. But who is rebuilding your tranny?

 

honestly I have no idea. I took it my guy here in So Cal. and he said that it got sent off to this performance shop in AZ. He also told me they only build tranny's for racing type purpouses. So basically they will not but it back to stock they will upgrade everything internally. so far I have been without my baby (S4) for 9 weeks.
