if you have a turbo failure will it put oil into the exaust and will it put water in the exhaust pipe

Wateris always in your exhaust, its one of the bi products of the combustion.

It is common for oil to leak into the exhaust from the turbos if they've gone bad or have some type of bad seal. If blue smoke is coming from your exhaust then it is burning oil from your turbos.

 

One of the major byproducts of your blown turbo is going to be aqlot of excessive heat due to friction inside the turbo. obviously this is where the niose comes from too
