I have a 2000A4,1.8t
and im thinking of upgrading to a 2.7Bi,
how much more is the maintanance on the S4, and how often do they break down, im planning on doing a few things on it, nothing big chip and some other things, how much would u guys say the maintance runs u in a year?

It all depends on how well you take care of your car and how much you can do yourself. My car hasn't been much of a pain, and I can do a lot of work on my own. It really just depends on how knowledgeable you are. You can search the forums for info too. You would have found the answer to your question easily by searching. It comes up all the time.

 

Definatly more expensive than an a4 to maintain, and a lot more to insure
