2ks4 or anyone that can help me. I replaced the n75 with the ecs one. I replaced the MAF with the hitachi. But I still seem to be having a boost issue I still don't have the entire nut.
This is from my last post: Hey eveyone, I seem to be having a boost issue with my 00" S4. I don't seem to have the entire NUT out of the turbos I should. I still have power but not that infamous torqueiness from 2500-4500 rpms. It just seems to stay a steady slow climb but a SLow Climb.
First to say I just replaced all the hoses with samco hoses because I thought it was boost leaksSame problem No such change. Then Iwas told to change the Diverter valveswhich I changed with brand new 710p's out of a porshe 911 because I have a hopok up at porshe. Still No change in issue. Then someone told me to pull out the stock computer and put in my apr chipped ecu, and I had the same problem just a little faster of a slow climb if you get my drift. Any suggestions?? Someone also told me it may be the plugs and coils?? Or a computer code misfires maybe that I didnt erase??Anyone out there that can Help me would be a big help!
I still haven't had a chance to get someone with a VAG com but could it be a problem with the coolant temp sensor like 2ks4 was sayin in a previous posters post? I'd love some knowledge, I know my car's still in limp mode but It should have more nut than what its had even in limp. It's Pissin me off

Do you have a boost guage? what is it hitting if you do.. IF i had to guess, you are running limp mode. I had it for a couple months and it is gawd awful slow. As for other things it oculd be... Extremely large boost leak. but then if it was that bad i htink it would set off the limp mode anyways, so go get your car vagged and lets us know the codes, and if u dont have a boost guage then make sure u check the boost on the VAG-COM

Im not positive..but once you go in limp mode dont you have to reset something for it to come out of it?

Negative on the boost gauge I need to get one though. Im slacking I got alot of work going on and don't know when I'll get around to it.

First off what N75 did you get? Only the OEM regular N75 will work, the other ones will cause troubles. You can't change from the Bosh to Hitachi MAF, you need the ECU recoding for it to work, & you need to change the wiring harness.

You need a Vag-com, you NEED to check for stored codes. You might just have a clogged cat, or some other problem that you will NEVER find just throwing parts at it. Find the route cause.

Now, after the codes, you need a Bentley manual, so you know how to test the sensors. I would test the N75, & CTS. Then you also need to know what the car is requesting for boost. If it is getting what it request, that that is just how it's going to be.
