Hello, i have been in the market for a Audi S4 B5 exhuast...
I wanted the Borla exhuast... but then i heard a sound clip of it and it didn't sound that great.. kind of weak.. and then i found the UUC VelociMax3 and its close to the same price $675.00 ...
I heard a sound clip of the UCC and it sounds nice but maybe a little too loud..
Does anybody have the VM3... are you statisfied with it? how do you like the sound?

 

I do. It was very loud (yes, louder than the Borla) when I added it to my stock pipes. Now that I have the AWE exhaust manifold and DP's, it's even louder. BUt it has a deep, mean growl, too. The Borla has a great sound IMO - it's only a bit softer than the UUC.

 

I used to have an S4. I went with the APR exhaust, but if I recall correctly they have a stealth mode and a louder mode for the exhaust. I went with the stealth mode and was pleased, although a little more noise would have been cool. The louder version of the exhaust was really cool though. You may want to check it out. I don't know that much about the Borla, or VelociMax3.

 

I have one on my 02 S4, it sounds great. But i think i might sell it and get the new milltek true super dual cat back.

 

What does that mean?? The UUC is a dual, too.

 

Is it like extremely loud at all speeds.. or is it like a low pitched Groan when your driving like 25-30mph?
and then the sound gets high(loud) when you hit high RPM's

Im think im going to get this UUC Vm3? for the money would you get a UUC or Borla? they are both under 700$
----- Are there any other exhuasts under 700$ that i don't know of yet?-----

 

We have a problem.. i am buying the vm3 this week... but i can;t find out where to order it anymore... i saw it before for sale... where can i buy it from.?
UUC sells mostly bmw stuff there isn't an audi section...
Is there another place that sells UUC products?

UUC stopped their audi section. Dont know if they make them anymore.
I have one and love the sound it is perfect, so if you can find one GET IT!

 

I have the UUC on my 2000 S4. I love it. It doesn't sound like the Japanese imports. I think they sound crap. Some are fast but they still sound like crap. The UUC, IMO, sound like a true european sport's car, namely a Ferrari. Love going through the tunnels. Hope that help's.
