Default vac problem, can't find the leak

to start, I have a 2000 s4 with a vast stage 1 tune with EGT, rear 02, SAI deletes, forge replica DV's, and an upgraded TBB. everything else is stock, with the exception of my oil catch can instead of the pcv system. alright, well here goes. I seem to have a boost/vacuum leak somewhere. I've done a pressure test and had a smoke test done, neither came up with any results. I can't hear any hissing. the car runs fine with the MAF unplugged, but plugged in it wants to die on idle. it doesn't give me any problems until I go wide open throttle and hit about 60 mph. right around there it kinda "kicks" and throws me forward a little bit. but if i gradually ease up into 60, nothing happens. so any guesses? i've checked all my lines that I can. theres nothing broken and I've replaced a lot of lines with new silicone tubing already. i'd like to get this thing running alright again

and yes, i've checked for codes. the only thing i've gotten is for my ABS module being bad. I've also got upgraded plus in there gapped to .028 for a tune
