What is that light under the zero on the spedo?

 

not sure what the light is for, never had mine lit up, read the owners manual. But i will tell you i have this gauge, and its AWESOME! the new kit does not have the OCT badge on it, and you only chage out the tach. well worth the money.

 

why does the year say 2002 on your speedo???

 

this isnt my s4 its just some pic i found on the net. BUT my friends 04 a4 also has that thing....
