Anything other than a ko4 seems to be a waste of money. The ko3/ko4 seems so be ok if you are on a budget but it dose not make sense to me to take a turbo that is prone to fail (ko3) and try to jazz it up
As for the other turbos I have seen severalpeople making clams but in the end I have not seen one person make any improvement in 1/4 mile time or on the dyno

Most people did Standard K04 upgrades in the past on the S4. Lately K03/k16 and k04/rs6 hybrids are coming to the front more and more as a way to make additional power. I have the k03/k16 hybrids and so far I'm very happy.

This is all from Buehn Engineerings site. As far as power levels on my setup I don't know. I went from straight k04's to the k03/k16 hybrids and noticed a big difference low end (stock like spool up) and no noticeable loss of top end. I also have GIAC/Vast stage 3 fueling and many other mods so it mightbe different for others. If I have to estimate I'd say about 450 crank hp or soon the turbos on 93 with octane booster.

CAn someone please show me someone with hybrids that is running faster or pushing more power with hybrids over the plain k04's... AS far as i know, i havent seen it... they are more money and are riskier (in terms of not as reliable) and i havent seen the gains yet.... people say their better as their more powerful..but as far as ive seen it puts down the same amount as rs4 k04's
