What do you think about this S4?
I'm considering buying an S4 for work, daily driving, visiting clients, etc.
Yes I know, this isn't a 4 banger with low MPG but it's reasonable and I don't mind using a wrench.
What can you tell me about this car?

for an everyday car they are great. but if the turbo's havn't been replaced they will need it soon. and the timing belt. and if u replace the turbos u might as well upgrade.
the ride of these cars stock is great. ull love the car but expect to have to replace parts. it is 7 years old with over 100000 miles on it

It's a little higher mileage, so I'll have to agree with what the others said, listen to those turbos and make sure they're not whining.
Also, I have to agree with wash, I'm definitely partial to the 6spd, the tips are notorious for the stupid TC soelnoid taking a $hit, which is friggin expensive to fix. I'm not saying the 6spd is perfect, it has it's set of problems as well, but in general, manual trannies are 1.) much more servicable 2.) simpler 3.) cheaper to fix when $hit goes wrong.
Just my .02

Price is great. I bought mine with 111k for 10,500. Expect to replace cam adjuster seals, timing belt, clutch, brakes, etc. Probably cost you about 3-4k to get the car back in shape. Well worth the cost if you're going to keep it for a few years.
