Default What else with a timing belt change?

Background....02 S4 70K and would like to keep it for another 70K. I'm having the timing belt changed and trying to figure out what else should be done with it. From other posts people have done the water pump, accessory belt, thermostat, timing belt tensioner, idler pulleys. Are all these really necessary and is there anything else that should be done?

well coming up around the 90kish area i believe you are gonna be looking at like control arms (more likley uppers) tie rod ends, CV boots.
If you hgavent done it already get maybe samco hgose kit or at least get the diverter valves upgraded or just service yours if u have rebuildable ones. and if not the whole hose kit just get the TBB replacement at minimum.

Thanks....all good things....but specifically what else should be done withthe timing belt that can only be reached with the front end off? Since it takes a lot of work to gain access to the timing belt I'm trying to figure out what should be taken care of at the same time.

Everything you just said, both belts (timing and accessory), w/pump, roller, tensioner, t-stat, pick up a new snub mount (50 bucks or so for a poly).

Thanks Coop! I found a Greenspeed snub mount for $13. I think it will be money well spent.

You can do some LTW pulleys, new SMIC's, ARP Bi-Pipe, new DV's New TBB (if you don't get a Bi-pipe), fix the oil leaks (if yours does not leak, then never sell it, it's been touched by God!), Oil cooler.

Expect to find something else that needs to be done, like said, when mine was apart, I found a torn CV boot.

Thanks S2. Do you get any vibration from the APR snub mount?
It's only a torque mount, not an engine mount, so NO, 0 vibrations from it.
