depend on how far you drop it. and its easy to fix. just take it to a brake shop and have them align it

 

The toe can be adjusted back to stock spec the camber cannot. The audi's camber is adjusted by loosening the subframe and shifting it in the direction the correction is needed. Its more like a camber equalization than adjustment. anyway the car will still handle good you'll most likely eat up tire edges so buy non directional tires and rotate them with every oil change
