Question wheel/ brakes

about to switch my stock s4 wheels out for my ur s6 wheels just wanted to make shure that would work out without issue on my ur. the s6 wheels are 16's and they are the same bolt pattern i think and the s4's are 17/225

i also have a set of zimmerman drilled rotors from my s4 i think i can probably throw those on also right ?

stupid questions any answers?
