sorry goose didnt answer all your ques. the software is okay I mean for the money you pay you would expect a lot more, but fortunately i got a great discount from the place i went to becasue when I orginally went during the winter they thought they had the software but they didnt...so with all of the traveling back and forth I did they gave me the valet, octane upgrade, and kill for free!!! You can definitely hear a difference but as far as performance it is subtle. SO far I have not had to bring it to the dealership for any issues in which the would need to tap into the computer system, but with the device that I have its supposed to be pretty desgrete, expect for the fact that when they go to do an update it will pull up that the computer was flashed, you can not hide that.....so we will see

ive never had a prob...call the manu..and find out 40 psi is high maybe 36 -37 ill ask my friend tonight he has a m3 and drives like a maniac ...what i do know is the higher the psi the better the handling...iremember having 35 psi all around and drove my 540 pretty hard...but not crazy....but me and my friend both had 19s so i dont know if there is a diff, because u have 20s....dont follow what the tire says thats just a max psi load....you should be ok with 35-37 psi....just be careful how you toss your car..those are expensive rims.....

yeah right around 35 psi is right were you want to be, and you wont have a problem with the wheels scraping the ground when cornering hard unless the tire is extremely underinflated, the proxes t1r's also have whats called a rim gaurd, wich is supposed to protect your wheel from light curb scrapes.

This just in.......I AM SO PISSED....last night I was returning home from work and the road I was driving on had a large crack in the right lane....as I was turning ( going only 40) the rear rim went into the crack and it managed to scrape up the outer lip....Let me remind you that this crack in the road was not something you could see becasue of the lighting and shadows in the road. I AM SO ANGRY....luckily its a 3 piece wheel so it can be replaced.....thats it I am moving where roads dont suck complete ***!!!!!!! ARRRRR I hate MASS roads!

I feel for you man. The roads here in OH are bad too. That's why I stuck with the 18" rims. As for road noise I have Dunlop SP9000s on my S4 and they ROAR. I hate them. I have Toyo Proxes on my TT and they are noisy as hell too. I have Sumitomos on my A4 and they are nice and quiet.
