Default Where is the snub mount?

as the title says, where is the snub mount located? I get alot of rubber band feel in my driveline, and it makes a clunking noise on the upshift between 4-5 and 5-6 when I let the clutch out after I shift, I am hoping upgrading the snub mount will help, but I dunno where it is or how hard it is to change...

its on the front of the motor near the bottom, take of the splash shield youll see it... between radi- and the engine. it will be semi connected with the frame region...

It does require you pulling the front bumper off your car to get to the mount.

Not the best pic, but it's under the alternator, on that bracket with the light on it. It's that big black cylinder.
The clunk can be from a number of things, like worn engine & trans mounts. A TSB will help a lot.

I just slapped an APR Snub on my s4 this past weekend....slop isn't totally eliminated, but it was definately reduced!

Well worth $50 buck and the hour and a half it took to install.

I'm still considering a Driveline Stabilizer, anyone have any opinions on that with a snub?

I have both, but I also never had any slop, with out them. I do know the TSB really made the car feel tight & I swear it helped turn in, & steering feel.

yeah, I get ALOT of movement, my stick walks forward and back about 1/2" just letting off from a cruise load.... I dont want to do engine mounts untill its time for turbos, so I planned on the snub mount and the TSB.
